I cannot rate this company highly enough. I approached Lancers Automotive with a vague idea of what I wanted from a car and could not have possibly received better service. I was allowed to test drive cars at my discretion and at no point during the process was there such as thing as a 'silly question'. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. My new car is absolutely pristine and I cannot fault any aspect of the car or the service which I received from Paul and Wayne. I will wholeheartedly recommend this service to my family and friends. A nice friendly call; thank you. However, I have been remiss in not following up further at this time.

The dealer contacted me very quickly. Gave me some history of the vehicle over the phone and then helped me to arrange a viewing.

Could not have been more helpful. Unlike my previous experience of buying a car, he could not have made it easier and opened up the garage for a viewing to fit in with me. He even delivered the car from Stafford to Derby, had everything done and ready and helped me fill out the paperwork on line. Love my new car!
